Who is Devmir and what is their relationship to the Sierra Club?
Devmir is a sock manufacturer headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina. It is an authorized exclusive licensee of The Sierra Club brand for socks products.

How much money goes to the Sierra Club and how do we know?
From the sale of each pair of socks, ten percent of the proceeds goes directly to The Sierra Club. An independent auditing firm, Michael Pearl CPA, will track and report the total socks sold and the total proceeds to distributed to the Sierra Club as well as the total number of socks to be donated to the National Coalition for the Homeless.
